According to the Minister’s Order no. 2402 din 15.06.2017 regarding the approval of tariffs for the services provided by the National Museum of Village “Dimitrie Gusti” in Bucharest, in order to fulfill its provisions:
CALCULATION OF COSTS TO THIRD PARTIES OF SPECIALIZED SERVICES
Specialty services: conservation-restoration
The Laboratory within the National Village Museum can provide the following services:
– physico-chemical and biological analyses
– painting restoration
– metal restoration
– textile and leather restoration
– ceramics restoration
– wood restoration
– text block restoration
– treatments for wood monuments preservation
– treatments for conserving objects made of wood, textile, leather, etc.
– treatments for wood fireproofing.
The value of these works includes:
– preliminary diagnostics – evaluation of the necessity of intervention 30-100 lei/object + possible transportation/transfer costs for evaluations outside the institution;
– according to the need, transportation costs for the specialists, for the object (drawn according to the transportation needs):
– 10 lei (minimum price – the cost of the public transportation tickets), 30 lei (transport with the museum car in Bucharest) and for distances longer than 80 km the expenses will be made on travel order, according to the law;
– labour costs: number of hours estimated for each operation x hour value;
– material costs: specific substances, tools, consumables;
– overheads 25%
– other indirect expenses 10%
Work can be done also at the client’s headquarter, if minimum conditions are ensured, by calculating the actual execution costs to which the transportation and transfer expenses are added.
For each specialty, the description of the material and labour expenses is estimated in the following annexes. If any of the required operations involves a high difficulty level, requesting supplementary labour and/or materials, the estimate can be modified. If the complexity of work requires less time or labour than estimated, a post-work estimate will be drawn. The insurance of the valuable objects is entirely up to the beneficiary.
