An exhibition that represents one of the most important artistic events of the year, which marks the contemporary continuity of the art salon concept, between tradition and innovation, starting from a model launched as early as 1864 and historically passing through different formulas of perception and of cultural presentation. SNAC opts for unity in diversity, facilitating a dialogue between generations, artistic genres and stylistic trends, in the spirit of the Romanian Visual Artists Union, the representative organization of professional artists in Romania.

Astrological divisions from several localities, Alba Iulia, Făgăraș, Săcele, Sebeș, joined the initiative of the Codlean division, in support of the realization of this unique and impressive project. A plastic artist was needed to take on the creation of the busts, who in a limited time would realize all the works proposed by the organizers.
This is Mr. Petrică Buhnici from Codlea, who for a year and a half focused on this theme, the Coronation Centenary. With the blessing of ÎPS Irineu, Archbishop of Alba Iulia, the exhibition started on the itinerant route from the Hall of the Coronation Cathedral, followed by Făgăraş Citadel, Feldioara Citadel, Codlea Traditions Museum, Vulcan Commune, Săcele Municipality and with the kindness of Mrs. Conf. univ. Dr. Paulina POPOIU, Manager of the National Museum of the "Dimitrie Gusti" Village, we will end this wonderful experience in a place dear to Romanians.

On the occasion of the winter holidays, the National Museum of the "Dimitrie Gusti" Village organizes a competition to decorate the fir trees in the premises. There are over 80 fir trees waiting to be decorated with decorations brought by children and their families. It's a family activity, enjoyable, visible and which also brings with it a free visit to the museum.
