National Museum Education Conference
The "Dimitrie Gusti" National Village Museum in Bucharest is organizing, between November 15 and 16, 2018, the National Museum Education Conference, this year's theme being the Integration of the public with special needs in educational programs.
Approach methods and specific facilities will be debated, up to specific activities, through which the public with special needs can benefit from all the educational programs offered by the cultural institutions, from the permanent exhibition to the temporary exhibitions, educational programs, publications, etc. We are talking about a special audience that can easily be ignored, but whose attraction to museums and beyond can offer extremely creative methods and discover new values of the role that culture has in everyday life.
Specialists from museums, universities, high schools, schools and kindergartens, centers and NGOs are expected to participate. At the same time, representatives of the Ministry of Culture and National Identity, the Ministry of National Education, UNICEF Romania will participate.
