Gorals from southern Poland
The National Museum of the "Dimitrie Gusti" Village invites you on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, starting at 2:00 p.m., to the opening of the exhibition of documentary photographs "Goralii from the South of Poland" signed by Oradean photographic artists: Constantin Demeter (coordinator), Ovidiu Gabor and Gheorghe Petrila.
The three will complete the stories told through the images presented with their own accounts of the places they visited, the people they met and their traditions.
The photos in this exhibition are the result of a documentation that the authors made in Southern Poland, this summer. Visitors will be able to admire landscapes, traditional houses, churches and, through the image, they will get to know the local people, keepers of the traditions and crafts inherited from their ancestors.
The exhibition will be opened in the Foyer HH Stahl of the National Museum of the "Dimitrie Gusti" Village on November 12, 2025–January 102026.
