Chorus of the Union
The National Museum of Dimitrie Gusti Village invites you on January 24 and 25, 2026 to the event entitled "Union Hour" to celebrate together the Union of the Romanian Principalities.
On Saturday, January 24, from 11.00 am, both children and adults are expected in the Glass Hall for a wool felting workshop coordinated by Prof. Luminița Voica and entitled Poveștile Unirii. Participation is based on the museum entrance ticket, within the limit of 10 available places. From 12:30 p.m., in the Foyer of the Victor Ion Popa Hall, Simona Leasă, coordinator of the "Doinița" Folk Ensemble of the Bucharest Students' Culture House, is waiting for you at a dance workshop where we will learn the chorus steps together.
On Sunday, January 25, from 11:00 a.m., in the Glass Hall, under the coordination of Prof. Vladimir Baciu, we will paint Stories with Angels...on glass in the glass painting workshop addressed to children and young people between the ages of 7 and 18. Participation is based on the museum entrance ticket, within the limit of 15 available places.
Also on January 25, from 2:00 p.m., in the Victor Ion Popa hall, the Cenacle of the Cetății Poets coordinated by Liliana Popa will take place.
