The "Dimitrie Gusti" National Village Museum invites children aged between 6 and 12 to be "Santa's Apprentices". The end of the year is marked by the winter holidays (Santa Claus, Christmas, New Year) which are a good opportunity to get to know winter customs and traditions, an important part of the cultural heritage of Romanians.
Participants are invited to make popular masks, sorcoves - objects specific to winter customs, but also decorative objects from natural and recyclable materials.
The workshops take place on weekends, on Sundays on November 13, 20, 27, 2022, between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

The cost of a workshop is 40 lei/participant and is paid on the day of the workshop, at the museum cashier. The necessary materials are provided by the coordinating teachers. The maximum number of participants in a workshop is 15 people, and the condition for conducting the workshops is to have at least 5 children enrolled in the workshop.
