Spring break at the Village Museum
The National Museum of the "Dimitrie Gusti" Village invites children to spend a week of spring vacation outdoors and to participate in a series of creative workshops, coordinated by skilled craftsmen, whom the children already know from the "Summer on street". So, we are waiting for you to learn together to dye eggs, and our teacher will be Cristina Niga, from Paltinu commune, Suceava county, to make wooden toys, workshop coordinated by Corneliu Zaharescu, from Bucharest. In the doll workshop, our guide will be Doina Khalvati, from Bucharest, and in the DIY workshop, the coordinator is Luminița Voica. The workshops are addressed to children and young people between the ages of 6 and 14 and take place between April 19 and 23, 2021, from Monday to Friday between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Participants have the possibility to opt for registration for one workshop/day or for one workshop/week. The necessary materials are provided by the teachers coordinating the workshops. The cost of a workshop is 30 lei/participant/day and can be paid at the museum cashier's office on April 19. The workshops are organized for 8 children/workshop, respecting the rules in force.
