"Wallachians from Moravia" - Photo exhibition
The National Museum of the "Dimitrie Gusti" Village invites you on Friday, November 29, 2024, starting at 2:00 p.m., to the opening of the exhibition of documentary photographs "Wallachians from Moravia" signed by the photographers from Oradea: Constantin Demeter (coordinator), Ovidiu Gabor and Gheorghe Petrila . The three will complete the stories told by the presented images with their own accounts of the places they visited, the people they met and their traditions.
The photographs presented in this exhibition are part of a photographic documentation that the authors made in Moravia, a region in the south-east of the Czech Republic, in the summer of 2023. The exhibition includes photographs of landscapes, traditional houses, churches and local people, keepers of traditions and crafts inherited from their ancestors.
The exhibition will be open in Hall H. Stahl and Foaier H. Stahl, between November 30, 2024 and February 15, 2025.
