Universal Day of Ia
The National Museum of the Village "Dimitrie Gusti" and the Museum of the senses celebrate the Universal Day of Ia through the exhibition "Romania in memory of the world. UNESCO World Heritage". The event brings to the forefront with the other, the emblematic piece of the traditional Romanian port.
Recognized as an element of UNESCO immaterial heritage, it reflects the beauty and diversity of Romanian folk culture, being part of a valuable tradition transmitted from generation to generation.
The exhibition can be visited between June 24 and July 24, 2025 at the Museum of Senses in Paul Teodorescu Boulevard, no. 4, in the Mall Afi Cotroceni, from Monday to Sunday, between 10.00 and 22.00.
