Breast feast - 2025

The Association of Filial Association of religious plastic art and restoration of the Union of Plastic Artists in Romania together with the National Museum of the Village "Dimitrie Gusti", invites you on Saturday, October 18, 2025, as every autumn, at the guild's celebration dedicated to plastic artists and restorers, in which their work or restoration will be presented. Organized on a great holiday (October 18 is celebrated St. Luke-Zugravul Virgin's), the exhibition will evoke the contribution of the members of the association in a cultural plan, in a personal note specific to each participating artist.

Starting at 1:00 pm, at the Timișeni Church within the museum, the memory service of the members of the guild passed into eternity will be held, starting from the thin paintings and ending with the commemoration of the founders of the Fine Arts, which became the Union of Plastic Artists in Romania and the founders of the Association.

After memorial, the opening of the religious art exhibition of the branch will take place, in the Gheorghe Focșa Hall. Will present the art critic Marius Tița. The curators of the exhibition are Irina Sava, Cristian Olteanu and Florian Mihăilescu.

Professional plastic artists - titular members and trainees of the UAP in Romania and graduates of the National University of Arts, with important activity in the field of visual arts or the restoration of cultural goods will be exhibited.

The exhibition will be opened on October 18-November 3, 2025,From Wednesday to Sunday, between 9.00 and 17.00.
